The FSA is the independent regulator of the financial services industry in the UK, which is responsible for regulating the selling and administration of general insurance. EBA carries Errors & Omissions Insurance with a limit of indemnity which is well in excess of the minimum required by its regulator.
EBA Limited is a Lloyd's broker, having met the accreditation standards required by Lloyd's. EBA is, in addition, an approved Coverholder (Managing General Agent) of a number of leading international insurance companies and Lloyd's syndicates.
